Aaron
Aaron has been with Saginaw Medical for 14 years. His long history in DME (Durable Medical Equipment) made him the perfect choice to head up our state of the art service department. In addition to his duties as Service Manager, he still spends time on the road, showing new equipment, delivering and setting up equipment, as well as taking new orders. He is a busy man, but can always be reached at 989 793-6000, ext. 122.
Jerry
Jerry is a long term employee at Saginaw Medical, having now been with the company for an impressive 31 years. Jerry's value has been that he has always been willing to cross train in different areas. He still does custom rehab seating for wheelchairs, and has extended his talents to the installation of grab bars and other safety features within the home. Jerry's main focus of late is driving, and working in the warehouse, packing orders in preparation for delivery. Jerry is always available at ext. 158.
Ken
Ken is a purchasing agent for Saginaw Medical and has been a primary staff member since May of 1983. With an impressive 36 year history with the company, he knows product and is very good at his job. Most recently he has taken on an additional roll of dealing with rental vans, sales and service. While our Sister Company, Access Mobility Center is based in Midland, Ken takes care of some of the local delivery and returns, for the convenience of our clients. Ken is available to take your call at extension 136.
Phil C.
Phil has been making back dock delivery and pick-ups for Saginaw Medical for the past 18 years, and when the position of Dock Manager became available in April of 2019, he was the perfect fit. Often being early man in and late man out, packing for next day deliveries, he was already very familiar with the inner workings of the warehouse and is an old hand at unloading semi trucks and stowing boxes. Phil is also very generous with his time, and no matter how busy, will help a fellow worker if called upon.
Roger
Rogers is both ATP certified and CRTS certified. (ATP) is a certified “service provider who analyzes the needs of consumers with disabilities, assists in the selection of appropriate assistive technology for the consumer’s needs, and provides training in the use of the selected devices.” (CRTS) Certified Complex Rehabilitation Technology Specialist Roger can be reached at 989-793-6000 ext. 141
